R200D
The hemispherical analyzer of the Csi-Lab R200D is optimized for ultrahigh energy resolution ARPES applications. By a careful characterization and fine-tuning of the analyzer, including both theoretical and experimental studies, the sub-meV resolution is reachable. A wide angle lens has a large acceptance angle of 38° and gives an excellent transmission and has extraordinary angular properties.
The Csi-Lab R200D is ability to measure band structures quickly and accurately, and is also compatible with XPS/UPS measurements.
